At Bolins, we work to ensure fast, reliable and transparent delivery for all our customers worldwide. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders from our online store.


1. Processing Time

All orders require a processing time of 3 business days before shipment.

Processing time includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality check

  • Packing and labeling

  • Preparing items for international dispatch

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience delays due to high order volumes or supply issues, we will notify customers by email.


2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped immediately.

Estimated delivery time for all international destinations:

This is an estimate and may vary depending on:

  • Country of destination

  • Local customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays outside our control


3. Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing time (3 days) + Shipping time (9 days)

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and current carrier rates.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Bolins is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing information

  • Failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.


7. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import taxes or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Bolins is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

If customs rejects or returns a package, a refund may be issued only when the item is returned to us in good condition.


8. Lost or Delayed Orders

Although rare, if your package is lost or significantly delayed:

  • We will open an investigation with the carrier

  • If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the case

We cannot guarantee delivery times affected by customs, holidays, or carrier delays.


9. Wrong, Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
